Are perforated leather seats more breathable in summer?

As I am looking to get a GT Sport Tech (I need the Bose system) this will be my first car with leather seats.

Can anyone comment on how they are in the height of summer?

I once had an Alfa Romeo GTV a few years back (on loan) which had full leather seats and I did feel uncomfortable when the temperatures rose outside.

Really hoping the perforated leather makes a sufficient difference in the heat as well as the cold.

Perforated leather will definitely be a bonus to non-perforated because it lets your skin breathe so you aren't all sweaty in the summer heat. In the winter you will still have the initial cool seat until the leather warms to your body temperature. If you had heated seats this wouldn't be an issue, but I am not sure that's an available option in the UK.

Thanks for the response.

Yes this is available.

Thanks for putting my mind at rest.

Heated seats on all trims bar the entry level here in the U.K.
