Very pleased with service

They updated the firmware to 10049 so I now get audible speed camera alerts
They installed two software updates relating to battery drainage so should solve problems I was having
They have ordered a new petrol flap and will ring when it's ready
In these Covid times they picked up and dropped the car back for the princely sum of £10 on top of service

Why the new petrol flap bruceboss?
Hi, It's been posted on here there is an issue with some CX30's that a batch were sent out without drainage holes in the plastic hinge assembly, where water would build up and freeze during cold weather, this would distort the flap causing it to stand proud of the body, although only slight it was noticeable on mine. So they have ordered a replacement under warranty.
Have a look at yours there should be two drainage points at the bottom of the plastic backing assembly (y)
