I found a set of rims and tires on local Craigslist about a half hour away from me. They are Nokia Haka 8s on a 17inch rim. My only concern is these tires are 245/45/R17, and considering the car comes with 215s I'm concerned that these won't quite fit. The stock rims are 18s so I'm not concerned about that, I'm just concerned about the tire size.

That size change means your new tires will be smaller in diameter by 5.9%, which is nearly double the maximum recommended deviation of +/-3%. Besides throwing off your speedometer (which will be reading higher than actual), it could impact several safety systems that use data from your wheels. I would definitely not recommend them.
