Because they are re-engineering and reprogramming their Failure APB system? :)

Don't take It so hard. Leo appears to be a legit owner and Mazda fan elsewhere so while his comment is trollish, that is not primarily his thing. Mazda , like every car, has it's faults.
While sarcasm is rarely helpful, it can be amusing.
I too am a Mazda guy, (currently double owner) but exclusively fan boy talk could be a little dull.

Mazdas are great cars. This is my fourth. They also have faults. I've mentioned things I like but I'm also going to point out the flaws. This was an appropriate venue and I made an appropriate observation about one specific way the goal could be achieved by eliminating/correcting a very real flaw. Others would include putting the full complement of safety features across the entire line of all models and all trims. The better keyless system across the board. Better seats. Great, yes. Perfect, not nearly. Yet.
