Just bought a CX-30 and am awaiting delivery...which may become complicated due to the current state of things.
I already own an MX-5 and talked my son into a 2016 Mazda 3 5speed hatch and my daughter into a 2019 Mazda 3 coupe. I had a Honda Ridgeline, Odyssey, Civic and still have a VFR Interceptor bike. Looks like we've gone from a Honda family over to Mazda.
I have a question about wheels which will be my second post after this intro.
Cheers.

Congrats. I used to be a Honda guy, still like them but haven't owned one since my 2001 S2000. My wife's last two cars were Accord coupes but I finally got her to get a Machine Gray CX-30 to match my Machine Gray RF LE.

Mine is an NC2 PRHT. I sat in an RF LE in the showroom when we were buying the CX-30. Nice wee car. Too bad it was orange. Ours suits us perfectly as we go on 10 day long tours in it. A tad bigger than yours and a roadster except when it's raining. I upgraded the springs and sway bars plus a few other tweeks. Brilliant cars the MX-5.

I had my NC for almost 10 years and loved it. Still might get a PRHT as a second Miata for my wife. Mine had the Racing Beat intake, Enthuza Cruiser dual exhaust, Eibach springs, Bilstein shocks, Enkei RS+M wheels, RX-8 Sport sway bars, and an aftermarket HU and speakers. Are you on the Miataforum too?

I'm on my fifth Miata and also had a second gen RX-7 Turbo. Glad I finally got my wife on board. She loves Miatas so hopefully I can convince her to get a low mileage NC PRHT for herself but happy with the CX-30.

I've got the GT, so it comes with Bilstein shocks. I added Progress springs and sway bars which were a highly recommended upgrade and made an impressive improvement. I also did some other popular upgrades including the gas pedal mod and a few more. The car rarely gets driven (annual 10 day road trip then evening drives when the urge strikes) so it doesn't have many miles on it. Speaking of which, I replaced the OEM tires not long ago with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's. Great reviews and large bang for the buck. They're a rebadged Bridgestone Potenza RE003 and Bridgestone's attempt to give the Firestone name more credibility in the sports car world. Very cool tread pattern as well.
Oh...and the PRHT is brilliant, as anyone who has one knows.

Sounds like great mods. On my ND I have so far tried five different exhausts, 245/40/17 Michelin PS4S's, 17x8 Tungsten 6UL wheels, Takeda CAI, Versatuner/Fab9 tune, Bayson R rear diffuser, SmartTOP module;
