'23 CX-30 with Bose system.
Yesterday morning I had no sound coming from the front woofers (those in the cowl), recovered later during the day and this morning no sound from trunk subwoofer (but front woofers worked).
I don't have a video with how the system did yesterday but here's a video with today.

Anyone else had this issue?

Same as yesterday, issue recovered after ~10 mins of driving.

If it can be reproduced every morning then I might need to talk with the dealer and drop the car overnight and have them check the next day in the first few minutes.

I really think is related to temperature with amp being cold or some as after ~3h of being outside (not in the garage), the sound on front woofers is gone again and in the video bellow you can see the bass is gone when moving everything on front (similar to my prior video when I was moving it in the rear).
Stopped the car for 10 minutes and front woofer are working again (and rear as well) and this is what it's the normal way to sound.

In your position I'd be taking the car straight back to the Mazda dealer and demonstrate the issue to them. Brand new car, therefore I would find this unacceptable and wouldn't spend time and effort trying to get to the bottom of it. However it's your car and your decision, I wish you the best of luck and hope you get the problem fixed soon.

I've already set an appointment for next week.

What I'm doing now is to figure it out a reliable way to reproduce. If I go there and all speakers are working (as I would be driving for at least 25-30 mins), from my past experience, is difficult with an intermittent issue that leaves no marks (e.g. fault code) and cannot be reproduced.

If I can reproduce it every morning, I'll just talk with them to drop it overnight.

I've seen someone with a CX-50 had something similar where the right speaker would go out, restart the car and be ok, sometimes the left speaker and sometimes both; the owner mentioned that dealer is discussing with Mazda for next steps.

I would be very surprised if I would be the only one with this issue; my wife didn't even noticed this and only when I started doing some listening tests to compare it with the same system that I had on my '19 Mazda3 for 3.5 years I noticed this. At lower volume is difficult to tell as the front woofers compensate when the trunk woofer doesn't work and the other way around; at louder volume is much easier to identify that something isn't right or if you play with the fader and move everything towards front speakers or rear speakers.

Dropped the car to the dealer, they were able to reproduce the problem but it's the first time when they come across it. They contacted Mazda and they were not aware of this issue and they need the car one more day to do some more testing but at this moment they have no next steps apart from another round of testing.

Car is still at the dealer: they said they talked with Mazda and Mazda told them to do a hard reset and then plug a phone in before starting; dealer was confused on the phone part but that's what they did.
Since the hard reset they said they started the car four times per day and couldn't reproduce the issue anymore and they want the car one more day to attempt again to reproduce it; they don't know that the hard reset would fix and suspect either hardware issue with amp or software issue and a patch to come in (maybe the phone thing is some trick to not have a bug triggered).

Mazda told the dealer to return the car back to the customer if issue cannot be reproduced but the dealer wants the car a day more to try to reproduce so I would come again the next day with the same issue and seems they tried their best here.

Also in the US it seems that only turbo CX-30 gets the Bose and also has "Engine Harmonic Enhancer" and I'm not sure if there is any connection there as probably the front woofers is mostly used to pump in fake engine sound.

I've got the car back as they couldn't reproduce it anymore.
I'll check it out in the next days to see if it can be reproduced after the hard reset they have done.
