I'm not sure if you disconnect the sensors if it will cause a dashboard warning, if it does then you're need to result in tricking the sensors. You might want to try electrical tape and if that works vinyl stickers would be an option.
Otherwise you can relocate the license plate so that it doesn't block the sensors. Remember that the sensor covers an arc so just having directly in from of them uncovered won't cut it.
