M Hybrid battery and spcci issue

Hi !
I have Mazda cx-30 skyactiv X, 2021, driven 48000 km.
M Hybrid battery is now charging to level 6 and starts to recharge as soon as it drops to level 5. Before it charged to level 3 and stopped there. Also same time SPCCI drops off, "cylinders" becomes red instead of green. Do you have any ideas, what is wrong ?
There are two pictures about the situation and one picture of interesting lights.

4 are the infra red lights that helps the driver monitor camera on the left to see you in dark ,

normaly on light drivning spcci will be active all time on mine , might be a problem, any message from the car ?

Hi, thanks for clarifying the red lights (4).
The same problem was also last summer, but it disappears in the next day. After that I had service (4 years), but they didn't find any issues.
In the car there is no any error lights or messages.
SPCCI tries to come "on", but it goes "off" after a few seconds.
And I don't know, what is the connection between the SPCCI and M Hybrid Battery ?
