Does anybody find this useful and or use it? I like the vehicle status but the tire pressure is always zero. Maybe the car needs to be turned on. Overall I think it's useful.

I use the apps remote start feature everyday. I’m not sure why yours isn’t indicating tire pressures though. The vehicle updates the tire pressures and fuel amount every time it is shut off.

My app shows the most recent tire pressure values (I believe from the last trip). On an iPhone you can swipe down on the vehicle status screen and it will refresh the information. I like the app a lot. I’m hopefull the latest iOS update that includes a new “CarKey” as part of CarPlay can eventually be used in our CX-30’s.

I'm heading over to the dealer to pick up my sun shade, so I'll see what they have to say, thanks

Has anyone else received false alerts from the app about the doors? I frequently get notifications on my phone that my doors are open or unlocked when I know they are closed and locked.
I've gotten one while I was parked and inside the car after I had opened the passenger door, but it was closed

The app doesn't even give you confirmation of the car being started or stopped once you initiate the action. At least on my S10 it dosen't. So from that angle it's somewhat useless. But....it's free and can be mildly useful for some of the aforementioned items.

On my iPhone, if I touch the 3 horizontal lines in the app, then lINBOX”, then scroll horizontall, there is a “ACTIVITY HISTORY” list that shows the “Engine start” list history. It’s been a while, so I just tested it and it shows both my remote start success and my remote stop success. I do believe during winter when it didn’t start correctly one time that I got a push notification but I recall it did take a few minutes to come through. So in that sense, there isn’t an “immediate“ status indication, which would me much better.
One of the other list in the INBOX, is SAFETY & SECURITY which interesting to me, has multiple listings for low washer level listed for the 3 times in the last two weeks I’ve driven my car. One of which was yesterday when the actual warning came on in the instrument panel just before that drive ended. There are other interesting list in the INBOX.

But it gives you results for the car you have selected, provided you have more than one car

Sure...under Activity History it shows the starts, stops and whatnot. A pop up notification would be nice as would more instantaneous feedback. I get notifications for the doors and such, but not for starts and stops. Either way, it's free and I don't pre-start my car anyway. At least we got our cars connected. The reviews for the app are horrendous.

I agree it could be better, and you make very good points. I did check the reviews for the app, and the vast majority of the reviews are from before the CX-30 (which has more capabilities with the app) was released in the US. Hopefully it gets better.
