Closest dealer is 3 hours away, so I don't want to miss anything.
I haven't purchased a new car in 18 years.
What do I need to check for? Scratches? I saw on other post to look out for scratched/hazy instrument cluster? Any important "functions" I should check? Etc.
Thanks for your help!

Is that vibration from the recalled loose brake caliper?

Hello,

Do an inspection inside and out.
Make sure you get both sets of keys.
Look out for any scratches on paint.
check gage cluster for haze or scratches.
check tire pressure. Make sure it’s set to 36PSI

if you are getting a model with navigation make sure the navigation card has been inserted and installed.
Make sure they have downloaded the manual into the cars connect system.
Make sure the heated seats and steering wheel work.
check the wipers and make sure they filled up the fluid.
Check and make sure the spare tire is in the truck.
Check all the plastic cladding and make sure it is looking good. No scratches. Even.
check the air conditioning. Set it on auto 22 degrees. Make sure it cools well.
If you got Leather interior check for any imperfections. Scratches or cuts.
Make sure they connect your phone to Apple car play to make sure it works.
sit in the car without music on. Listen for any noises or rattles.
Hahah that’s a lot I know but I wish I knew these when I picked up my car during covid19

cheers

I would add check carefully for windshield distortion. I did not notice mine till the next day after delivery then it began to annoy greatly. I have a 2020 3 though, not CX 30.

Some of your checks are aspirational below the 49th parallel. We don't get heated steering wheels nor do we get the navigation card unless purchased from the dealer which no one should do since you can get one on eBay for $40.

Read about all issues people are having and DON'T buy it?? 🤷‍♂️
little dramatic lol.. i mean the issue I am having is minor and its just the radar system kicking out .. at 9,200 km I am very happy with it overall right down to the AWD system and engine + transmission i like how they feel as it drives really good.. now lol if this was a nissan rouge sport forum.. lol yah i would say dont buy it haha as go figure i had stalling issues when i had mine right at 7,000 km and at 20,000 km both front struts needed replacement and then at 40,000 km go figure the cvt starting to die.. and my list goes on right from brand new it was in the shop for warranty work so many times i acually lost count .

Is it the car in the US having the problems?🤕
Here in the UK all seem to be ok😇

When I say problems I mean actual faults not people not understanding the new technology..
