The passenger side mirror on my CX-30 is exactly like this. I've wondered if it was a defect on my car or if it's like that on all cx30s. I haven't asked the dealer about it yet. It's not bad enough to really impact visibility, but it does seem like a defect.
May I ask if you're in Canada? I'm wondering if this is different by regions.
