my view from the driver's seat when I test drove one last week, I would remove the centre headrest if I purchased one. I would not remove the two outer headrest as they don't improve vision much and they are readily available if I take any passengers in the rear.

I just removed the center headrest as well. I occasionally have more than one passenger and I want them to have a headrest, so I won't remove the other two. But I would rarely ever have 3 people in the back, so the middle headrest is in storage in the garage.

We removed the centre headrest as well and that's all we need. Vision is fine thru the rear. I'm also concerned that if we allowed a rear seat passenger in and we had removed the headrest that we would be held liable if a neck injury occurred.

Center headrest gone here also. First thing I did when I got the car home, tremendous improvement in visibility. The rear seat isn't wide enough for 3 adults anyway.
Took delivery of my car on Friday and the first thing I did was remove the center headrest as well. Much better!
