I need to figure out if I can reset my average mph over a tank of fuel, or if that even is an option...
It's quite common in my other cars that give me that info to see an average of 18-19 mph. Lots of stop n go where I live.
Very much city driving when you avg 18 mph.

2023 2.5 turbo premium for the record

2nd fill up today, 200 miles / 8.4 gallons of ethanol free 92 = 23.8 mpg. Still only just reached 500 miles on the odometer. About the same fuel economy as my lethargic 2016 manual transmission 1.6ltr Kia Soul. It's pitifully slow and can't get out of it's own way.... all for 24 city mpg. I'll take a turbo 2.5 w 250hp and 320ft lbs of torque for the same mpg for sure!

There is a toggle in the setting to have the mpg info reset each time you reset the trip mile counter to zero, so, once you toggle that, and reset the trip each fill up, you’ll be all set.

I track my mileage with the Fuelly app. For the last 20 fillups, Ive averaged 30 mpg. Worst was 27.7 and best was 34.9. I like Fuelly because I keep track of my miles for reimbursement. I can easily look and see the cost per gallon and where I filled up, plus the mpg. These numbers are a direct reflection of miles and gallons. I dont go by what the car's monitor is telling me.

On edit: I forgot to mention that I have a 2021 Turbo

Those are similar numbers to what I'm getting, also tracked via Fuelly. I find the trip computer numbers are generally lower than the actual numbers.

I just got a 2024 CX30 Carbon Turbo. So far I have driven 200 miles. The mpg display shows me getting 18-19 mpg. This is what I used to get with my 400HP V8 Pontiac GTO.

I drive mostly highway. Above speed limit.

The displayed MPG will be about 1-1.5mpg lower than the actual mpg if you calculate it yourself.
I've been tracking my fillups/mileage since I bought mine in 2021 and with 80/20 city/hwy driving, I'm seeing about 22mpg actual mpg on average.

Highway I can get 25-26mpg if I cruise steady (80mph), but acceleration/passing really drops the numbers.
