Nav SD card fault?

Hi, I'd appreciate any ideas on what the problem is with my Nav. I've only had my 2022 C30 less than 24 hrs and I get this info about inserting my already inserted Mazda sat nav card.
I've installed the toolbox and updated the software but re installing into the car I get the same message.

Make sure that the slider on your SD card is not in a LOCK position. It is easy to move it when you are inserting the card in the slot. What is the mileage on your car? I believe you need to do a certain amount of miles before the card gets activated on a brand new car. I forgot what the figure was, but you should find it in one of the manuals that came with the car.

The car only had a few miles on the clock when we purchased it, it now has around 100. Nav has been working fine for 24hrs until my wife started car at work and that info popped up. We took the card out updated map and reinserted card(wasn't in lock position)and we still get same msg. I'm a little stuck tbh. I might drive to the local dealership to see if they know whats going if I can't resolve it.

From what you are describing it looks like a corrupted SD card. Normally, the compass appears on a central display when there is no card or when it can't be read. If you created a backup of your original card in Toolbox you can try to restore it. Not sure what OS you are using on your computer, but if it is Windows Mazda recommends running Check Disk for potential problems with SD card file system.
