I agree, it is not just the names but the trim specification and combination of trims - engines -transmissions are different as well. I think we need to setup a separate discussion where we can exchange this kind of information. Attached is the latest UK CX-30 brochure, where you can find all details to compare with what you have in Finland. It also includes a price list. I am not sure if anything like that is downloadable in English from Mazda Finland web site.

This is also my goal. I just thought to go there with small steps.

 

In Mexico you have i Sport, i Grand Touring and s Grand Touring; ordered from lower to higher trim level. The 2 first trims have 2.5l gasoline engines with 6 speed auto gearbox. Just changes the equipment level. The s Grand Touring has the 2.5L Turbo, 6 speed automatic gearbox and AWD.
AWD is not available in the non-turbo models

 

In US we have 2.5s, Select, Preferred, Premium, Turbo, Turbo Premium and Turbo Premium Plus. At least for 2021 all are 2.5 engine. 186hp base and 250hp turbo

 

I think we also have premium plus. No?

 

3 Models in Thailand, C (Comfort), S (Sport) and SP (Sport Plus) only engine available is 2 liter 165hp petrol.

In Denmark we have 3 levels: Sense, Sky and Cosmo. All motors are 2.0 M-Hybrid and it's Skyactiv G with 150 HP or Skyactiv X with 186 HP. All motors is either with manuel or aut. transmission. Skyactiv X aut. transmission comes also as a AWD.

 

The US has two engines, either 2.5 NA or 2.5 turbo. NA can be either FWD or AWD. Turbo is always AWD.

• 2.5 S (base model)
• Select
• Preferred
• Premium
• 2.5 Turbo
• 2.5 Turbo Premium
• 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus

 

OT...You have bigger engines. We have smaller here because the petrol costs 8,7 $/ US gallon. How about there? My average consumption is 37.2 mpg with 2.0 SkyActiv AT engine.

 

In Italy we have Evolve, Executive, Exceed and Exclusive. Reason for the obsession with E, I don't know.

Evolve has 16 inch wheels but still has adaptive cruise, 2-zone auto AC, satnav, HUD, auto lights and wipers, rear sensors, electric folding mirrors, lane keeping, blind spot assist, auto brake, sign recognition and other stuff. It’s only for Sky-G

Executive adds front sensors, keyless, rear camera, 18-inchers

Exceed adds 360 camera, led matrix lights + signature, power cargo door, full cruise & traffic system

Exclusive adds sunroof, leather seats, power driver seat and Bose audio

All trims have heated mirrors, no one has heated steering. Heated seats are only the leathers, so only on Exclusive. Didn't even know that heated wipers were a thing 😂

In France we have only two engine :
Skyactive G and Skyactive X
Trim levels are :
Base (no name, 16" alloy wheel)
Style : 18" wheels, heated seats, auto clim, MRCC, camera
Sportline : Bose, specific led signature, electric hatch
Inspiration : same as style with leather and power seat + bose
Exclusive : same as sportline with leather and power seat + moonroof.

 

It's incredible that they even change the composition of the trim levels between Italy and France that are so close
