Just had the news that my long awaited CX30 is coming from the Mexico plant and I am kind of pissed off as I specifically asked the dealer before ordering and reassured me that all CX30s come from the Hiroshima Plant....now I am questionning if I am getting into a nasty kind of surprise as I chose to invest into a japanese built car for the known reasons. Do you think my worries are justified? feeling really bumped out.

My wife has a 3 that was built in Hiroshima, I have the 30 which was built in Mexico. Both have been flawless and solid.
I would be more concerned about the products you may have that are built in China or India. Instead of worrying about a vehicle built in Mexico with Japanese engineering and quality controls.

My CX-30 is coming from Japan, or so I was told by the dealer, getting made in late Oct, due to Australia late Dec

The ones sold in the Australian market are made in Thailand...

They are made in Japan now for Australia not Thailand anymore.
